Oceana Neoprene Fabric Harness

I bought this at a local event from a very nice lady selling them, the price for quality is absolutely amazing! I have a cardigan corgi that weighs 11kg (25lbs) and we've had issues with harnesses being comfortable for her. This harness in size medium is her favourite of all the styles we've tried, hands down! Getting another harness from this brand is a matter of when not if for us!
