Soo cute!

My dog looks absurdly cute in this thing—like, "stop-traffic-on-the-sidewalk" cute. We can’t walk more than a block without someone asking, “Where did you get that?!” Honestly, I think my pup’s developing a bit of an ego. 10/10 would recommend—both for function and for unsolicited compliments from strangers.

FAQ

How do I care for my Jollipup products?

We recommend handwashing with warm soapy water and laying out to dry.

For Vegan leather, wipe with damp cloth.

Are the harness and leash heavy duty?

Our harness and leash products are suitable for most dogs and everyday use. They are not made to withstand excessive pulling that can lead to damage or reduced life span of the product.

We will not refund products that have been misused or damaged by the dog.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide shipping available. We offer FREE standard shipping Canada-wide.

Standard shipping estimated time:

Canada: 2 to 6 business days

USA: 2 to 10 business days

International: 5 to 22 business days

When will I receive my order and shipping confirmation?

After payment, order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the order. Shipping confirmation follows within 48 hours after order confirmation.

In case of non-receipt of order or shipping confirmation, please leave us a note at info@jollipup.ca.

What happens if my order was not delivered or went missing?

Please track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. Please also check your local Post Office to see if your package is there awaiting pick-up.

If a package still hasn't shown up 10 days after the labeled delivery date, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange a product within 30 days from purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Personalized items (name tags, harness with engraving on hardware) are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. Item must be sent back in the original packaging and include any accessories and documentation that were included with the purchase and returned within the 30 day window indicated above.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
